When will I receive my order?
Most of our items ship within 72 hours. If the description does not explicitly say so; then it will ship within 3 business days; No matter what, please check the item description to see how long it will take before your item ships.
How do you ship?
We ship via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. We only ship to 48 states in U.S. We figured shipping should be FREE and FAST! Our shipping service is awesome!!
Will I be notified of my order shipping?
Yes, we send an order confirmation e-mail and a shipping e-mail. The shipping e-mail includes the tracking number and the ability to track the shipment real time. You can also log into your account on our site to find out this information as well about your shipment.
Why can’t you ship to certain addresses?
P.O. Boxes are not allowed and we cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping address must be valid.
Where do you ship from?
We don’t ship from our corporate headquarters in Collierville, TN. Our products ship from all over the U.S., and our system is highly efficient.
Only part of my order shipped?
Each item on your order might ship from a different warehouse or manufacturer. Please refer to the number of business days required before shipping listed in each item description.
Returns
We're committed to your total satisfaction and we trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within thirty (30) business days of receipt of the item(s) for all individual items priced under $275. All return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the order was shipped incorrectly.
Due to the extreme costs of manufacturing and shipping higher priced items; refunds on individual items priced $275 or more are ONLY available if the item is damaged due to a manufacturer defect or during shipping. These returns will be handled by our manufacturer and we will help you to coordinate this refund with them.
To return an item, please contact us first at CustomerCare@mojetto.com or call us at 901-569-9219. E-mail is the requested method we prefer for the best service. You can also use our chat feature at the top of our website from 8-5pm CST daily. Simply click the button marked “online”. In the subject line of your email please state RETURNS. Within 24 hours, you will receive a Mojetto returns authorization number via email which is needed to return the item(s). There are no restocking fees as customer satisfaction is a high priority for everyone here at Mojetto.
Be sure to include your packing slip (if available) and write your order number and returns authorization number on the outside of the package to ensure a prompt credit.
To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment. All return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an item is returned to us, refunds usually take about 1-2 business days by the time PayPal sends the refund to your bank.
